Kentucky lawmakers, the Governor and Attorney General fight to secure role of God in Kentucky’s. The case is now pending before the Kentucky Court of Appeals after the Attorney General Jack Conway (D), appealed the 2009 ruling striking down the 2006 law. The debate continues in Kentucky, about what role “God” plays in our security and the line of church and state.



Kentucky House of Representatives Adopts Christian Principals

The separation of church and state are even more blurred in Kentucky thanks to a resolution passed by the House of Representatives. The Kentucky House of Representative passed an anti-gay right-wing resolution. The House passed Resolution 232, the Manhattan Declaration, with a 45 member vote; 55 members of the House didn’t vote, mostly Democrats.
